Chapter 02 · Where it works
Both platforms out of the box
The customer has one card. SBS detects their device and ships the right
format — they don't choose, they just tap «Add».
⌘
Apple Wallet
iPhone and Apple Watch. Format .pkpass. Updates via the Apple push service, synced to all the customer's devices.
▶
Google Wallet
Android smartphones. Format: Loyalty Object. Updates via Google Wallet API, instantly visible in the Wallet app.
Chapter 03 · How the customer gets the card
Three ways — pick yours
You can use one flow or all three in parallel — it depends on where
and how you meet your customers.
QR code on-premise.
A sticker on the wall, a tent card at the counter, a decal on the window.
The customer scans it with their phone camera → signs up on your
landing page → adds the card to Wallet in one tap.
SMS or Telegram link.
You register the customer by phone in the SBS app (or in the bot) — the
system automatically sends a link. The customer clicks → «Add to Wallet» →
the card is in their phone.
Your landing page.
On the page yourshop.sbs.im — a sign-up form with
your logo and colors. Right after submit — the «Add to Wallet» prompt.

via Google Wallet API.
Chapter 06 · Nearby — card pops up by itself
Geo-trigger in Apple Wallet
If your shop has an address configured, the customer's card in Apple
Wallet gets a geo-trigger. When the customer walks past your venue,
iPhone surfaces the card on the lock-screen — no apps, no notifications,
just a quiet reminder «840 pts on your card, right now».
Shop address. Set in the shop settings in the app — the «Address» field. Coordinates are resolved automatically.
Trigger radius — around 100 meters. Defined by iOS itself, no separate setting needed.
Lock-screen text. A short reminder up to 80 characters — «Near Velvet & Rose, 840 pts on your card». Set in the Wallet section of shop settings.
Apple Wallet only. iPhone and Apple Watch. Google Wallet doesn't support geo-triggers.

Chapter 09 · FAQ
Frequently asked
01What if the customer has an iPhone and an Android?+
One customer, one card, one account. The system detects the device and delivers the card to the right Wallet. If they switch phones — the same link restores the card.
02Customer's phone is dead?+
Look them up by phone number right in the app. The transaction goes through, Wallet syncs when the customer's device is back online.
03One card for the whole chain?+
Yes — the customer adds the card once and uses it across all your locations. Shared balance, operations visible per-location in reports.
04Can I still issue plastic?+
Yes, with the same QR code. Some customers prefer physical cards — give them plastic, keep Wallet for those who want it.
05What about privacy?+
The card in Wallet contains only your business name, the balance and the QR. No access to the customer's contacts or location. Wallet platforms don't share customer information without explicit consent.
06How much does Apple charge for such a pass?+
Nothing — creating and distributing Apple Wallet passes is free, same for Google Wallet Loyalty Objects. The full infrastructure is on our side — you only pay for your SBS plan.
Time to drop the plastic?
Open the app, configure your shop, share the first QR link — your customers will start carrying your card in their phones by the end of today.
