Chapter 01 · How it differs from the app

Not «the same, but wider» — a different tool

The mobile app and Studio are two different products on the same data. The app is for the till and the road: one screen, finger, QR scan. Studio is for your desk: several columns, mouse, keyboard, export.

Chapter 02 · Reports

The main reason for Studio

The analytics that are awkward on a phone fit into Studio at once. No scrolling between metrics, no «tap to expand».

Overview Revenue, new customers, bonuses issued and redeemed, bonuses in circulation, plan — on one screen. Weekly breakdown by day, welcome bonuses, inactive customers.

Reports · Summary Key metrics for 7 / 30 / 90 days, this month or a custom range. Receipts, average ticket, returning customers, loyalty efficiency. Compare with the previous period and export to CSV.

Reports · Cohorts & Campaigns Cohort retention analysis, effectiveness of broadcasts and welcome bonuses. Not a «fancy» dashboard, but an answer to the question «is this loyalty program actually working».

Sales & inventory movements Full log of operations: sales, stock receipts, write-offs, corrections. Filter by type, search by product, date, employee, source (till, bot, app). Latest 200 operations on screen; the rest via filter.

Customers Table with balance and total purchases per customer. Filters «all», «with balance», «last 30 days». Search by name and phone. Customer card with full operations history.

Gift cards Issuance and activation statistics, balances per series, history of individual cards with options to cancel, unblock or resend to the customer.

Studio is not a replacement,
but an addition

Studio, the mobile app and the Telegram bot live on one account. Create a customer in the bot — they're in Studio. Earn bonuses from the app at the till — they're in Studio's journal. Change the plan in Studio — it applies everywhere.
