Open in browser or install

1. Open the app. Easiest option — in the browser: web.sbs.im. Or install the mobile app — iPhone from the App Store or Android from Google Play.
2. Sign up. «Sign up» → enter email and password (8+ characters) → confirm your email with the 6-digit code from the email we send.
3. Create your shop. On the «Counter» tab you'll see «No shops yet». Add your first shop: name, bonus mode (cashback or cumulative discount), timezone.
4. Start serving customers.
   • Counter — find customers by phone or QR scanner, issue receipts, credit or redeem bonuses.
   • Customers — customer base and operation history.
   • Gift cards — issue and activate by QR.
   • Stats — new customers, revenue, bonuses for the day.
   • More — settings, interface language, Telegram link-up.

If you need a big screen and reports

1. Open Studio. studio.sbs.im — in any modern desktop browser. If you already have an SBS account, sign in with the same email and password; if not — register: email + password + 6-digit confirmation.
2. Create a shop. Settings → Shop: name, accrual mode (cashback or accumulating discount), time zone. If a shop already exists in the app or bot, it syncs automatically.
3. Set up the loyalty program. Loyalty → Program — cashback rate or discount table. Loyalty → Auto-bonuses — welcome bonus for new customers, birthday gift, re-engagement bonus.
4. Work at your desk.
   • Business — Overview, Reports (summary / cohorts / campaigns, CSV export), Sales, Customers.
   • Catalog — products, categories, pre-orders.
   • Gift cards — issuance, statistics, history.
   • Bookings — services, masters, tables, working hours.
   • Communication — broadcasts (Wallet / email / Telegram) and customer chat.
   • Team — employees and permissions matrix.
   Keep the QR till on your phone — in the app or Telegram bot — for quick earn / burn operations.

If Telegram is easier

1. Launch the bot. Open @SimpleBonusBot and press Start.
2. Create your shop. In the menu pick 🏪 Manage shops → ➕ Create shop → enter a name. The shop is created in «Cashback 1%» mode — you can change it.
3. Configure the shop. In the shop card you have:
   • Mode — «Cashback» or «Cumulative discount» (with a threshold table).
   • Cashback rate / Discount table.
   • 🕐 Timezone.
   • 🎁️ Gift certificates.
   • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Staff management — invitation link.
   • 📧 Landing page and email.
4. Serve customers. After you create the shop, the bot asks: Enter customer's phone number. Send an 11-digit number as a message. If the customer is already in your base — you'll see ➕ Credit bonuses / ➖ Redeem / 0️ Reset / ✖️ Delete customer. If not — ➕ Add customer, ✨ Generate QR code or ❤️ Register via Telegram.
5. Process a receipt. In Cashback mode, pick «Credit bonuses» and enter the receipt total — the bot calculates bonuses at your rate. In Discount mode the bot shows the amount payable with the accumulated discount from your table. The customer gets a notification via email, a push on their loyalty card in Apple/Google Wallet, or in Telegram (if they've connected the customer-facing bot).

Move shops from bot to app

If you already worked in the Telegram bot and want to pull your shops and customers into the app:

1. In the bot send the command /id — the bot replies with your Telegram ID.
2. In the app open More → Link Telegram, enter that ID and tap Send code.
3. The bot sends you a 6-digit code in a private message (valid for 10 minutes).
4. Enter the code in the app — shops, customers and history from the bot appear automatically.

After linking, you use a single account: log in to the app with email and password, the bot recognizes you by Telegram ID.
