  • Billed monthly in USD, in advance. No setup fees, no revenue share.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record. Paddle handles invoicing, sales tax / VAT and refunds.
  • Cancel any time from the app — your access stays active until the end of the paid period.

This page sets out the published prices and billing terms for SBS, the loyalty-program platform operated by OPSoft Inc, a Wyoming corporation at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Plans are sold on a subscription basis to business owners. Together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, this page forms part of the agreement between you and OPSoft Inc.

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax (see section 6). Per-message SMS delivery, where used, is billed separately at operator rates — typically from $0.30 per SMS depending on the destination country.

Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, on the anniversary of your first paid charge. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from inside the app.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (and, for some jurisdictions, by Paddle's local affiliates), which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. This means Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, issuing the invoice, collecting applicable sales tax or VAT, and handling refunds on behalf of OPSoft Inc. Your card statement will show a charge from Paddle.net or Paddle.com, referencing SBS.

Supported payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and — depending on country — local payment methods such as SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, and PayPal. The exact list is shown to you at checkout.

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

  • Upgrade — apply immediately. The new plan is pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrade — applies at the start of the next billing period. The current period continues at the previously paid rate.
  • Cancellation — available at any time from the app («Settings» → «Subscription»). Your access remains active until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days on monthly plans (see the Refund Policy).

Free plan and trials

The Solo plan is free forever for solo owners without staff. You can use it indefinitely with no credit card. Paid plans include a regular free trial period at sign-up; no card is required to start the trial. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue on a paid plan.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, time windows and the way to request a refund are described in the dedicated Refund Policy. Briefly: monthly plans are non-refundable after the period starts (you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals); we offer outage credits when the service is unavailable for five or more consecutive days due to our fault. Refunds are processed by Paddle on behalf of OPSoft Inc.

Taxes

Where applicable, Paddle calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax on top of the prices listed above, based on your billing country and tax status. Business customers may enter a valid VAT / tax ID at checkout to apply local reverse-charge rules where the law allows it. Tax-inclusive invoices are emailed automatically after each successful charge.
