What we do with your data
- We collect only what's necessary to run the service — identification, communication and contract execution.
- We don't sell your data and don't share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- You can request deletion or withdraw consent at any time — email support@sbs.im.
- Data controller: OPSoft Inc, Wyoming, United States.
This Privacy Policy describes how OPSoft Inc (the «Company») collects, uses and protects personal data of Users of the SBS Service (sbs.im and the associated mobile applications and Telegram bots).
Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the Service, whether you are a business owner (the «User» under these terms) or an end customer of a business that uses SBS. Where you interact with a third-party merchant through our Service, that merchant acts as a separate data controller for the customer data they collect from you.
What we collect
Information you provide directly — when signing up, creating shops, or contacting us: name, email, phone number, business details, payment details for billing, and any other information you submit through the Service.
Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, pages visited, referrer, time spent, approximate location (at the city level), and similar technical data needed to run the Service and to measure its usage.
Information received from business owners about their end customers — phone numbers, names, birthdays, transaction history and similar data entered into the merchant's loyalty program. In these cases the merchant is the data controller and SBS acts as a data processor.
Why we collect it
- To identify you and provide you access to the Service;
- To send you service-related notifications and respond to your requests;
- To bill for paid plans, SMS and other metered features;
- To improve the Service, develop new features and diagnose bugs;
- To comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, lawful requests from authorities);
- With separate consent — to send marketing communications about the Service.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We share it only:
- with service providers strictly necessary for running the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- when required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests from authorities;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our Users or others;
- with your explicit consent for any other purpose.
In particular, paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and an independent data controller for the billing data it processes (name, billing address, card details, transaction history, tax identifiers). Paddle's own privacy notice — available at paddle.com/legal/privacy — describes how this billing data is processed. We receive from Paddle only the information needed to recognise the transaction and provide the corresponding service (transaction ID, plan, billing country, last 4 digits of the card).
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- confirm that we process your personal data, and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate or outdated data;
- request deletion of your data (see the Account deletion page);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent you have previously given, at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
How we protect your data
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle — access control, encryption in transit, regular backups, audit logging of access to personal data, staff training, and regular review of our security practices.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new «effective from» date. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
For any question about your personal data, please email support@sbs.im. We respond within a business day, in plain English.
